LMS 5690 Leander on the Fellsman

LMS 5690 Leander fresh from her light test run the day before hauls the 2nd Statesman railtours " The Fellsman " starting at Lancaster with 44760 as back up just in case . Great Central Railway: Mail by Rail 240710

Mike Snow was on duty at the Great Central - and, as always, has produced a superb film. Mike's notes (he's not as enthusiastic about diesels as I am!):
The 2010 was less enticing than normal with three diesels accompanying the steam contingent. Star of the show for the steam enthusiasts was GWR 4953 "Pitchford Hall" or is that "Pitchfork Hall" as she was described by our local paper.
